The owner of Gator Construction has been in this area for 30 years. He has worked with several contractors throughout the Ft. Myers and Naples area in all phases of construction. Jerry Ward started out as a local material supplier for one of the largest suppliers in Florida. He has worked and supplied both general contractors and subcontractors with products and services for over 20 years. Over that time he created some great contacts and relationships, both business and personal.
Gator Construction is a complete parking lot maintenance company. We provide sealcoating and striping, asphalt repairs, sidewalks, curb construction. We also have a paver division for new installations, repairs, removal and replacement. We offer free on-site estimates.
Our employees are trained, trustworthy and experienced professionals. We continue to develop and implement the most advanced technologies in both our equipment and our products. We consider factors such as traffic patterns, pavement conditions, texture and porosity when designing custom maintenance plans.
